Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically added to Internet orders.
All our products are shipped via FedEx Ground, or via US MAIL unless you have made other arrangements with Montecito Country Kitchen or Olive Tree Publishing directly. There is a minimum $15.00 surcharge per package if you wish to ship 2-day. We will calculate the charge based on location. All our products are shipped from our California location. A majority of the items are in stock unless otherwise stated on the site. Most items ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description

Damaged Items
If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please check packaging on delivery for any damages and inform the delivery person. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for items reported beyond this time frame.
