Mediterranean cookbooks Santa Barbara's reknowned cooking school
Montecito Country Kitchen - Ecole de Cuisine specializes in cooking classes based on the foods of Provence and the Mediterranean.

During the cooking classes, students cook a 3 or 4 course meal together and then enjoy the fruits of their labor as we sit down to lunch togther. Every class is unique as menus are not repeated.
